Home Timber and Hardware has been crowned 2014 Hardware store of the year at the recent International Customer Service Professional (ICSP) awards, beating other leading hardware brands for the title including Bunnings, Masters & Mitre 10.

The awards examine the attitudes of Australians to customer service and the frequency they recieve it by individual brands.The awards benchmarked 200 companies to identify customer service leaders.

Home Timber and Hardware Scored #1 in customer service for the Hardware Category!

Respondants were asked the same question across the board making the award win comparable across a wide range of categories

"How would you rate the quality of service you have recieved in the last 6 months?"
